Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the watch you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the watch back in its original presentation box with all manuals, tags, and warranty cards, then pack it securely in a shipping carton.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our horologists verify the condition of the timepiece, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
